Why we built Glideslope
We left senior practitioner roles at major firms to build the advisory we wished existed when we were on the other side ofthe table.
The problem we kept seeing: the best transition advisory was either too expensive, too slow to mobilise, or arrived after close with no context from the data room. The value that gets destroyed between the data
room and Day 1 is avoidable — but only if the transition team is in the room early enough to do something about it.
Glideslope was built to close that gap. Senior practitioners only. Deliberately small. Partners ersonally engaged on every engagement. We enter during diligence, design the transition architecture before close,and deliver Day 1 readiness without the top-tier oerheads.
